Terms of trade
At Frank J Siebert Funeral Directors you will be given an estimate of expenses at the time of making funeral arrangements.
We will also explain our terms of trade and ask you to sign an acceptance of these terms.
At Frank J Siebert Funeral Directors we do not request any payment at the time of arrangement.
Following the funeral, when the certified death certificate is made available by the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages, we will send you the original certificate with additional copies, certified by a Justice of the Peace, as well as the account for our services.
This is generally within a fortnight of the funeral. Settlement is required within two weeks of the invoice date, that is, about a month after the funeral service.
Our preferred payment methods are cash, electronic fund transfer or cheque. We also accept credit card, but please note that a credit card surcharge does apply.
All funeral service charges are quoted and charged, inclusive of GST.
